Returns

Luxe Jewellery offers a 30-day return policy for all online purchases. All products must be unused, and in original condition with all tickets attached. 


If we receive your return after the 30-day time period, the return will be processed onto a Luxe Jewellery gift card that will be emailed to the purchasing customer.
We do not process returns in store. 

To start the return process:
1) Please email us at info@luxejewellery.ca requesting authorization for return. We require i) reason for return, ii) daytime phone number, iii) order number

2) Within 2 business days, an RMA number will be issued and emailed to you. 

3) Once your return is approved, please use an insured carrier (FedEx, UPS) that provides insurance and tracking. Pack and seal merchandise securely along with the invoice. Clearly write the RMA number on the box. Please note your shipment must be sent prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Until Luxe Jewellery receives the merchandise in it's original condition, you are responsible for any loss or theft, therefore we highly recommend insurance. 

4) Please reply to the same email which stated your RMA number with the tracking number. Once a tracking number is sent to us, we will do our due diligence to receive the item on time. 

Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your account.
